Two steps. More than one way into the session.

The Double Step Ledge puts a low and a higher target in the same six-foot obstacle. Work with the six-and-a-half-inch step or the twelve-inch step as you choose the approach for your next trick. The kit includes photo instructions, with an optional wood coating to add before it takes its place in the setup.

Choose between two ledge heights

The first step is six and a half inches high; the second is twelve inches. Both belong to one obstacle, so you can move between the lower and higher targets during a session. Choose the step that suits the trick you want to work on next.

Keep six feet of length in the line

Both steps are part of a six-foot-long ledge. That gives the feature an extended shape to work alongside as you plan approaches and exits. Think about where the next trick will begin and finish rather than placing it only where the rectangle fits.

Make room beside the steps

The complete obstacle is two and a half feet wide. Leave room to approach the step you want and roll away without another feature blocking the path. Our Space and Fit guide helps you map that surrounding area as well as the ledge's footprint.

Build both steps from one kit

The Double Step arrives boxed with detailed photo instructions. Assembly is estimated at thirty to forty-five minutes using a drill. Lay out the parts before you start and follow the sequence as both ledge heights come together.

Add a coating for the exposed wood

A one-quart Skate Paint option is available with the ledge. Use it to coat the exposed plywood, then include regular checks and care in your plans for the setup. Our Ramp Care guide helps you look after the wooden obstacle beyond the first session.

We ordered our first OC ramp through the website it came quickly and we all enjoyed putting it all together in about an hour we also ordered the skate ramp paint through OC ramps the paint was damaged in shipping and when we contacted OC ramps via email they responded within an hour and replaced damaged product they also included more decals when they resent the paint you can see from the picture when I painted the ramps I put the decals down first it was really a nice touch, the ramps are used daily and are still in great condition. Thank you OC ramps

Purchased the Ryan Decenzo’s double step ledge for my son for his birthday. It was easy to assemble. Heavy duty ledge. Hours of fun to be had by all. We have ordered a mini ramp and a rail in the past. Great company to work worth and great quality products.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about Double Step Skate Ledge
How does the Double Step Ledge differ from stacking two separate boxes?

Its 6.5-inch and 12-inch steps are connected in one six-foot obstacle, so the relationship between the two levels stays consistent. Separate boxes offer more rearrangement. Choose the Double Step when two fixed heights in one compact ledge are more valuable than modular placement.

Who should compare the Double Step with the Crescent Ledge?

Both provide more than one working height, but they do it differently. The Double Step creates two defined levels; the Crescent moves between a 9-inch low end and 14-inch high end along a curve. Compare the kind of edge the rider wants, not just length.

How does the Double Step Skate Ledge compare with the Skateboard Manny Pad?

The Double Step gives you two fixed ledge heights in one obstacle. A manual pad provides a low platform for balance tricks. Choose the Double Step when you want two heights for grinds and slides; compare a manual pad when manuals and nose manuals are the main focus.

What tricks can riders practice on the Double Step Skate Ledge?

Use the Double Step Skate Ledge for ledge skills such as 50-50 grinds, boardslides, noseslides, and ollies on or off the obstacle. Where the top and geometry support it, riders can also work on manuals and nose manuals.

Can I return the Double Step Skate Ledge if it is not the right fit?

Eligible unused products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days of purchase when they are in original condition and packaging with all included parts and manuals. Customized, used, skated, damaged, or incomplete products are not eligible, and freight, original shipping, processing costs, and a restocking fee may apply. Review the current OC Ramps Return Policy before ordering.
