CUSTOM BUILDS

Build a skatepark around the people who will skate it.

Start with the riders, the site and what the park needs to do. OC Ramps plans custom wood and concrete projects for backyards, public spaces and business properties, then helps define the scope and next steps.

BACKYARD

Backyard Skateparks

Create a private place to skate around the riders, the available space and the features your family will use most.

BUSINESS

Business Skateparks

Turn business property into a permanent skate space built around the people, purpose, operations and experience it needs to support.

PUBLIC

Public Skateparks

Plan a durable community skatepark around local riders, the site, approvals, access and long-term care.

From first idea to a buildable plan

You do not need every answer before you reach out. Start with the riders, the site and the goal. Each step adds the detail needed to define a workable project.

1

Start with the riders and goal

Tell us who will skate, what they want to ride, where the park will go and what you already know about budget and timing.

2

Measure the site and constraints

Share dimensions, photos, access, existing surfaces and known approval or operating requirements. These details help identify the right project path.

3

Shape the layout and material path

Use the riders, site and intended use to shape the layout, features and whether wood or concrete deserves a closer look.

4

Define scope, roles and timing

A project-specific proposal should make the agreed work, responsibilities, assumptions, price and schedule clear before the build moves forward.

5

Build, review and keep it skating

Complete the approved scope, review the finished park and make the care, support and next steps clear.

Wood or Concrete? Start With the Project.

Material should follow the riders, site, intended use, budget and long-term care. Use these guides to understand how each construction path changes the planning conversation.

Tell us what you want to build

You do not need a finished plan. Send what you know about the riders, site, project type, budget and timing. We’ll review it and follow up with the right next questions.

Custom build questions, answered

A useful first conversation starts with the same facts: who will skate, where it goes, what it needs to do and what constraints are already known.

What makes a custom build different from a standard ramp kit?

A standard kit uses an existing product size and configuration. A custom build starts with a specific rider group, site or project requirement and may change the layout, features, material direction or delivery scope. If a current kit already fits the skating and space, that may be the better path. Share the site and goal, and we’ll help route the request.

Do you build both wood and concrete skateparks?

OC Ramps offers custom wood and custom concrete project paths. The right material and construction approach depend on the users, site, intended life, access, budget, maintenance and required approvals. Confirm material suitability and the exact OC Ramps scope for the project before work begins.

What should I send with my project request?

Start with who will skate, what they want to ride, the project location, approximate site dimensions, photos or plans, known access or approval constraints, working budget and target timing. You do not need a finished design. Clear starting information helps the team ask better questions.

How are custom projects priced?

Custom projects are quoted from the actual scope. Layout, size, features, material, site conditions, access, delivery, site preparation, installation and other contracted responsibilities can all affect price. OC Ramps should provide a project-specific proposal after reviewing the required inputs rather than publishing a number that may not fit your site.

Where do you work, and how long does a project take?

Service area and timing depend on the project type, location, site readiness, approvals, material path, current schedule and contracted scope. Share the location and target timing in the form. The team can confirm whether the project is a current fit and what schedule assumptions apply.
