Fingerboard Ramps

Build a fingerboard park around the tricks you want to try

A desk can become a street spot, a transition session or a little of both. OC Ramps fingerboard ramps bring familiar skate obstacles into a miniature setup: quarter pipes and half pipes, launch ramps, grind boxes, benches, a picnic table and a manny pad. Choose the feature you want to skate first, then leave room to approach it, land and link the next trick.

These are miniature obstacles for fingerboarding, not ramps for standing on. Shopping for a full-size setup instead? Explore skate ramps or use the buyer’s guides to plan your riding space.

Choose street obstacles, transition ramps or a launch

For grinds and slides, start with the Fingerboard Grind Box or Butter Bench. For balance tricks, the Manny Pad gives you a platform to work on manuals and nose manuals. A picnic table adds different levels to aim for without needing several separate obstacles.

Choose a quarter pipe for a single transition, or a half pipe for a back-and-forth line. A Launch WR gives a different approach when you want to pop out toward an open landing. Start with the style you enjoy rather than trying to fill every inch of the table.

Plan the line, not just the obstacle footprint

Measure the usable tabletop and compare it with each product’s dimensions. Leave clear space before and after the obstacle, plus room for your hand to follow the board. Keep the session away from the table edge and move loose objects out of the landing area.

For a simple first layout, place one box along the longer direction of your desk. Try the approach and exit before adding a second feature. If your hand hits another obstacle during the trick, spread the layout out rather than buying more pieces to fill the gap.

Buying a gift or starting without a fingerboard?

Check whether the recipient already has a fingerboard and which obstacles they own. An obstacle purchase should not be treated as a complete board-and-ramp bundle unless its contents explicitly say so. The Fulgore Demon and Volcano Vision fingerboard completes are separate products to consider alongside the ramps.

OC Ramps makes full-size ramps as well as these miniature spots. You can bring the shapes you like into a tabletop session without planning a backyard installation. Check each product’s dimensions, contents and assembly information before choosing your setup.

Need Help Choosing?

Planning a full-size setup too? Use the buyer guides to compare ramp shapes, space, surfaces, delivery and care. For this tabletop collection, check each product’s dimensions and included contents before choosing your fingerboard line.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which fingerboard ramp should I start with?

Start with one feature that matches the tricks you want to practice. A grind box or manny pad suits a street-style line; a quarter pipe suits transition tricks. Compare its dimensions with your tabletop and allow a clear approach and landing. There is no need to buy a whole park before finding out what you enjoy.

What is the difference between a fingerboard quarter pipe and a half pipe?

A quarter pipe has one curved transition to approach and return from. A half pipe gives you opposing transitions for a back-and-forth session. Compare the complete footprint, not just the height, before deciding what fits your table.

Do the ramps come with a fingerboard?

Do not assume a board is included with an obstacle. Read the specific product’s What’s in the Box section. The Fulgore Demon and Volcano Vision completes are listed separately from the ramps.

How much table space does a fingerboard park need?

It depends on the obstacles and the line you want to skate. Add clear approach and exit space to the product dimensions, and leave room for your fingers and hand throughout the trick. Test one obstacle on your table before planning a more crowded layout; the obstacle’s footprint alone is not the full space you will use.

What tricks can I practice on fingerboard obstacles?

Try ollies onto a box, 50-50 grinds along an edge, or manuals and nose manuals across a manny pad. Transition ramps offer a different session with turns and stalls. Pick one trick and arrange the obstacle so your hand has room to complete it before linking features together.

Can I combine several fingerboard ramps into a park?

Yes, you can arrange separate obstacles into a tabletop line. Check their dimensions and leave enough room between them to land and approach the next feature. Arranging them together does not mean they physically connect or form a matched-height modular system.

Are these ramps for full-size skateboards?

No. This collection’s fingerboard ramps are miniature obstacles operated with a fingerboard and your hands. For a ramp you ride on a full-size skateboard, browse skate ramps. Read the product title and dimensions carefully, especially when buying a gift.
