You do not need a full half pipe to enjoy skating transition at home. This quarter pipe gives you one curved ramp to ride up and return from, whether you are working on kickturns or adding transition to a setup you already enjoy. Measure the approach, not just the ramp

The ramp stands two feet tall, with an overall width of three feet two inches and a four-foot depth. That compact footprint is only part of the plan: leave clear space to approach the transition and roll away again. Choose your surface. Protect the wood.

Keep the plywood riding surface or choose the optional Skatelite surface. Skate Paint is a separate protective coating for exposed plywood, not another sheet of riding material. If you choose Skatelite, the wood elsewhere on the ramp still needs appropriate care; do not apply Skate Paint over Skatelite.
